Cancellations
Payment can be made via Cash, Check, Apply Pay or PayPal. Deposit of 25% when booking is confirmed., 2nd 25% deposit due 120 days & balance due 60 days before stay. Happy to take monthly payments for your convenience.

Please limit to 10 guests staying in the cottage and no more than 4 vehicles.
Occupancy
Please, no pets. We love our furries, but desire to keep the cottage in pristine condition.
If you must smoke/vape, please not inside or on the porch.
